As a support worker for Leora Healthcare, you will be providing our clients assistance at home and in the community, such as:

Transport

Shopping

Personal care

Companionship

Meal preparation

Social and community access

Your Care Coordinator will work with you to book shifts requiring services you're most comfortable to provide.

Skills & Qualifications

n
Excellent communication skills with care and empathy for people
n
Able to drive and transport clients (desirable)
n
Cert III or IV in Disability or Aged Care or other relevant qualifications (desirable)
n
Complex care experience (desirable)
n
Experience supporting clients with challenging behaviour (desirable)
