This involves proactively overseeing a portfolio of complex claims, diligently ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory requirements.
By consistently achieving cost-effective and high-quality claims handling, this position directly contributes to the financial health and operational efficiency of Auto & General.
This critical function is accomplished through the cultivation of robust relationships with both internal teams and external service providers, thereby ensuring optimal outcomes for the organisation.
