Job Description
Monash Health in Melbourne's south-east is seeking an experienced Grade 1 Occupational Therapist for Monash at Home (ARC).
The role is a full time, 1.0 EFT position delivering person-centred care in patients' homes across Kingston Centre (Heatherton) and Cranbourne.
You will conduct face-to-face and Telehealth assessments, coordinate services, and contribute to evidence-based OT programs.
A supportive multidisciplinary team and flexible working arrangements are offered.
