In this role you will work alongside a global team of communications professionals to support the delivery of internal communications and initiatives across a range of channels and formats.
You will manage communication platforms, support campaigns, events and projects, and use reporting and insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness.What you offer2–3 years' of experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related field within a large, complex organisationStrong writing, editing and multimedia content creation skillsExperience administering communication platforms such as intranets, email platforms and collaboration toolsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsAbility to work collaboratively with regional teams and senior stakeholders across the businessWhat we offer1 wellbeing leave day per yearUp to 5 additional service bonus leave days per yearUp to 20 weeks' paid parental leave for primary caregivers along with 12 days of transition leave upon return to work,
