We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Production Worker to join our busy carrot processing and packing operation.
This is a hands-on role that combines forklift duties with general production and packing tasks in a friendly, team-oriented environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a forklift to move carrot bins from the production line to storage and delivery areasPlacing carrots into bags from the production lineSorting and grading carrots by size for packagingLabelling bags and preparing products for dispatchWashing and cleaning carrots as part of the processing operationAssisting with general production and packing dutiesWorking effectively as part of a teamManual handling and lifting of up to 20kg when requiredMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentAbout YouTo be successful in this role, you will have:A current Forklift Licence (LF)Experience operating forklifts safely and efficientlyGood attention to detailAbility to work in a rapid-paced production environmentStrong teamwork skillsReliability and a positive attitudePhysical fitness for manual handling tasksSafety & PPE RequirementsFull supervision is provided onsite,
