TheRole
We'relooking for a dedicated and experiencedHousekeeping Supervisorto join Towers Hotel's dynamicHousekeepingteam at Crown Melbourne.
In this key role,you'lllead and support a large team of Room Attendants to ensure our guest rooms and public areas consistently meet Crown's premium standards of cleanliness and presentation.
You'lloversee daily operations, conduct room inspections, coach teammembersand ensure compliance with health and safety protocols—all while driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences
Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:
Lead and supervise housekeeping operations across guest rooms,corridorsand service areas
Conduct daily room inspections and ensure adherence to Crown's brand standards
Support training and development of team members, including onboarding and performance reviews
Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness and presentation in public and back-of-house areas
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage resources effectively to meet departmentalobjectivesand sustainability goals
About You,you'llbring:




Ideally 3+ years' experience in aleadershiprole within a premium& large-scalehotel environment
Be available FT across a 7-day rotation(day shifts)
Robust leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Sound knowledge of hotel operations and property management systems
Confident computer literacy includingproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite
