The role requires a strong focus on first-time fixes, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of workmanship while working in tenants' homes.Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out reactive electrical repairs, fault finding, testing, and maintenance within occupied social housing propertiesDiagnosing electrical faults and delivering safe, effective,



and long-lasting solutionsUndertaking repairs to lighting, sockets, switches, consumer units, extractor fans, and other domestic electrical systemsEnsuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with current regulationsProviding excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism at all timesAccurately completing job reports and required certificationRequirementsProven experience as an Electrician within domestic, social housing, or council property maintenanceNVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)Testing and Inspection qualification ***** or equivalent) desirableFull UK driving licence (essential)Robust fault-finding skills and ability to work independentlyGood communication and customer service skillsWhat's in it for you?
