Your part in our Buderim Hospital team
As Clinical Nurse (dual qualified RN/RM) in our team, you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.
Provide supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support Y ou will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy .
This is a leadership position where you will be the CN in charge after hours and weekends if rostered.
What makes a difference for us?
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar clinical leadership setting Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery or equivalent and AHPRA registration (must be dual registered RN/RM ) Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship Flexibility to work a 24/7 rotating roster Commitment to ongoing career development and quality improvements Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements, as well as undergo national criminal history check and functional assessment
