As we continue to grow, we’re looking for two go getters who are passionate about renewable energy and enjoy supporting both customers and our sales team.

Join our high-performing solar crew as a Appointment Setter and help us deliver sustainable energy solutions across Sydney.

What you’ll do as a Appointment Setter:
Assist with setting appointments with warm leads (No cold calling)
Update and maintain lead and appointment sheets, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
Support the sales team with admin tasks such as data entry, document management, and CRM updates
Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing friendly and qualified service
Prepare and send out information packs, proposals, and promotional materials
Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handover of customer information
Assist with monthly communication to warm leads through promotional updates

What we’re looking for:
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, both on the phone and in writing
Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of tools and applications (experience with CRMs is a bonus)
Proactive, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks at once
Customer-focused mindset and a positive attitude
Previous experience in sales support, admin, or customer service is highly regarded
A bit of common sense and initiative (you can see what needs doing and get stuck in)
