Are you an experienced Registered Nurse or Clinical Manager looking to take the next step in your aged care career?

Collar Care is seeking a Clinical Manager to join a well-established residential aged care provider in the Albury region of NSW.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated clinical leader to step into a senior role, strengthen their leadership skills and progress their career within aged care.

The Role:
Lead and support clinical teams within residential aged care
Drive high standards of clinical care and resident outcomes
Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and guidance to nursing staff
Support compliance, accreditation and clinical governance




Work collaboratively with management and multidisciplinary teams
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

What We're Looking For:
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in residential aged care
Strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills
Experience in a senior nursing, Clinical Manager, Care Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
