About the Role

As a Personal Carer, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents. You’ll support their independence, dignity, and wellbeing in a comfortable and homelike environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities (e.g., personal care, mobility, meals)
Providing emotional support and companionship
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting changes to nursing staff
Maintaining accurate documentation
Promoting a protected, respectful, and caring setting

About You We’re looking for people who are:
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Able to work effectively in a team setting
Committed to delivering exceptional care
Hold current National Police Certificate and have up-to-date vaccinations
