ensuring smooth daily operations.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and answer emails promptly.Ensure a high level of customer service to meet both business and customer needs.The Ideal CandidateExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.Experience in a customer service call center role.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure.
