Sea World Resort is looking for a Kitchen Administration Assistant to join our busy kitchen team!

In this role, you'll support the Kitchen Administration Coordinator with the day-to‐day administration that keeps our kitchens stocked, organised and operating efficiently.
From updating inventory and stock transfers to assisting with production and requisitions, you'll play an important part in keeping everything on track.What You'll be doing:Assisting with updates to kitchen production, spoilage, transfers,



requisitions and stock levelsConfirming completed production items in the SAP inventory systemCompleting stock transfers between kitchen outlets and the F&B; Warehouse when requiredAssisting with reviewing and maintaining accurate par levels and stock quantities in SAPCreating manual requisitions for requirements not captured through the MRP function, including events and special requirementsWorking with Inventory and Purchasing Controllers to provide updates on recipes and par levels for system updatesKeeping kitchen training manuals, stationery and administration forms up to dateProviding general administrative support to the kitchen team and helping keep our systems and processes running smoothlyWhat You'll Bring:Previous administration experience, ideally within a hospitality, kitchen or fast-paced operational environmentKnowledge of SAP or similar inventory systems is an advantageA sound understanding of stock control, cost of goods and month-end processesStrong attention to detail and confidence working with numbers and systemsEffective communication skills and the ability to work with a range of team membersThe ability to juggle multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlinesA proactive approach and the ability to work independentlyA professional, friendly and positive attitudeAn understanding of kitchen operations and what it takes to keep a busy kitchen running smoothlyIf you're organised, love a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the person who keeps everything ticking behind the scenes, we'd love to have you join the Sea World Resort team!
