BioBlue is an Australian owned manufacturer and distributor of AdBlue® Diesel Exhaust Fluid servicing customers nationally. We are expanding our operations in Queensland and seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join our new Sumner facility.

About the Role

n

This is a hands-on manufacturing role where you'll manufacture, pack, and dispatch AdBlue®. You'll work closely with site management and Head Office in Adelaide while ensuring our high safety and quality standards are met every day.

n

Casual role – typically 30–38 hours per week (Mon–Fri) with immediate start and training provided. Opportunities available for ongoing permanent employment.

What you'll be doing

n

n
Manufacturing of AdBlue® using blending equipment and established procedures.
n
Manually fill, label and prepare containers for dispatch.
n




Co-ordination and preparation of outgoing orders for dispatch.
n
Daily documentation of manufacturing records and reporting to management.
n
Ensure stock maintenance and managing Batch Traceability procedures.
n
Managing contamination prevention practices according to ISO standards.
n
Unloading of manufacturing materials and loading/dispatch of AdBlue®.
n
Secure operation of manufacturing machinery and forklifts.
n
Cleaning and maintenance of materials, equipment, and work areas.
n
Ensure site security and safety procedures.
n
Carry out additional operational duties as required.

What we are looking for

n

n
Truck license valuable but not essential.
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
n
Previous experience in production, chemical handling, or manufacturing roles.
n
Understanding of and ability to work to Work Health Safety requirements.
n
Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
n
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and electronic reporting.
