SOUQ is a contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant in Leederville. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team on a casual basis.

About the role
Casual position offering approximately 38 hours per week
Evening shifts on Tuesday and Wednesday, lunch and dinner shifts from Thursday to Sunday.
Food preparation and cooking during busy services
Maintaining consistent presentation and food quality
Following food-safety, cleaning and kitchen procedures
Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team

What we’re looking for
Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook in a busy restaurant
Strong food-preparation and cooking skills
Ability to remain organised during busy service periods
Reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team
