About the Role We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and experienced Supermarket Manager to lead our day-to-day store operations in Footscray. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily store operations, floor presentation, and stock management.
Lead, roster, and mentor a team of floor staff and checkout operators.
Manage inventory, stock ordering, loss prevention, and supplier deliveries.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and OHS standards.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback,
and escalations with professionalism.
Requirements
Prior experience in supermarket or quick-paced retail management.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of stock control, merchandising, and food safety standards.
Full working rights in Australia and availability to work a flexible 5-day roster (including weekends).
