Our client is a leading global consultancy behind some of Australia's most significant infrastructure projects.
They're now looking for an experienced Payroll or Senior Payroll Officer to own end-to-end payroll and be the trusted go-to for all things pay, compliance, and reporting.
This is an initial 3 months fixed‐term contract with a very high chance of permanency.

Nuts & Bolts
Working in a team of 3, managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate and on‐time payroll cycles (ADP experience a bonus, not essential)
Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end management reports
Handle month-end and year-end reconciliations between payroll and finance systems
Deliver payroll tax filings, superannuation, and year-end reporting
Support internal and external audits, liaising with agencies and auditors as needed
Mentor and support junior payroll staff, promoting best practice
Keep the business ahead of payroll legislation changes and communicate updates to stakeholders
Get involved in process improvement and general finance admin as needed
