Role Summary:
Provide person-centred support to an NDIS participant with complex physical support needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Previous experience supporting people with spinal cord injury, catheter care, managing bowel and bladder care, complex physical disability, or high physical support needs.
Provide personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming.
Assist with secure transfers, wheelchair mobility, manual handling and pressure care.
Perform routine catheter care and monitor for any concerns.
Administer or assist with medications as authorised.
Support meal preparation, light household tasks, and daily living activities.
Maintain accurate documentation and report any changes in the participant's health or wellbeing.
Follow infection control,



manual handling, WHS, and NDIS Practice Standards.

Essential Requirements:
Manual Handling Certificate
Current First Aid & CPR.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
National Police Check.
Robust communication skills and a compassionate, qualified approach.

Pay: From $55.00 per hour
