Larder Chef/ pastry Chef required for immediate start.
Restaurant is located next door to the Iconic Regent Theatre, called Box Seafood Restaurant
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
You will be looking after the larder section
Responsibilities include platting up cold dishes and making desserts
Experience with Seafood highly regarded
Must be able to work on weekends
Quick during peak times
Ability to maintain fridge stock levels and prep adequate food for service
Bring create ideas for recent desserts
Thorough understanding of food allergies
