About you
What we're looking for in our Christmas Casual team members:
Bring a friendly, professional and approachable style when connecting with customers




Have experience supporting Click & Collect orders and assisting with customer enquiries
Enjoy creating attractive store displays and maintaining high presentation standards
Be enthusiastic, well-presented, and passionate about delivering great service
Have flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Play an important role in the success of ourChristmas trading seasonby delivering personalised customer service in a quick-paced team environment.
As a brand ambassador, you'll represent the values and image of our premium jewellery brand while helping create memorable shopping experiences.
You'll also support the store presentation by maintaining jewellery displays, assisting with stockroom organisation, and working collaboratively with your team on day-to-day store operations.
