Job Description
St Vincent's Public Hospital, Sydney, invites applications for a Social Worker to join Community Mental Health Services on a permanent, part time basis (32 hours per week).
The role operates 8:30am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday, at the Darlinghurst site.
You will provide mental health support within a multidisciplinary team, conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records using electronic medical records.
