To be a successful candidate:
Prior hospitality or barista experience
Must be passionate, qualified and always exceeds customer service
Ability to work and cope in a fast-paced working environment
Have a flexible availability
Always enthusiastic and a confident communicator
Positive and loyal team player, outgoing and highly-motivated
Ensures and enforces company policies and procedures are always practiced

Note: Must have a adaptable availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

La Royale Patisserie is located in Wetherill Park and having your own transport would be an advantage.
