We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join an aged care team in Canberra on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
Provide protected, high-quality nursing care to residents
Complete clinical assessments and care planning
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical requirements
Monitor residents’ health and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Communicate effectively with residents, families and the multidisciplinary team
Support and guide care staff in delivering quality resident care
Participate in clinical handovers and care reviews
Ensure compliance with relevant aged care, clinical and workplace standards
About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Previous experience in aged care is highly desirable
Solid clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to person-centred care
Reliable and professional approach
Current police check and relevant compliance documentation
