POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES

Maximise recovery outcomes by proactively managing an allocated caseload of recovery claims.

Initiate proactive outbound calls/contact to customers and third parties to investigate and progress recovery claims including negotiating favourable settlements.

Identify and assess first-line risks, including vulnerabilities and potential financial hardship, within recovery claims.

Provide exceptional service to customers and third parties, effectively managing inbound queries related to recovery claims.

Accurately identify and determine the most appropriate resolution path for each recovery claim.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE

Debt recovery experience

Well grounded negotiation skills

Robust understanding of liability and Australian road rules.

Motor claims insurance experience

Valuable understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations.

Positive understanding of the litigation process including quantum and state requirements.

SKILLS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
