Job Description
South Western Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced RN to lead palliative care nursing across a network of services in Liverpool Hospital.
You will deliver advanced clinical care and contribute to end‐of‐life planning in line with patient goals.
The role requires solid evidence‐based practice, teamwork, and the ability to coordinate across hospitals, community health centres and aged care facilities within the SW Sydney network.
