What you will do?
Lead an exceptional team in this fast-paced, high-volume, buzzing venue
Train and develop team members, sharing your passion, and demonstrating a guest-focused, energetic, and self-motivated work ethic
Adhere to compliance and operational requirements,



in line with Delaware North’s standards and procedures
Drive change and implement upselling and promotional programs

More about you
Experience as a team leader or supervisor in a fast-paced, volume driven venue
Certificate in Responsible Service of Alcohol
Certificate in Food Safety, or willing to obtain at onboarding
Certificate in Hospitality Management is beneficial
Ability to a work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster including days, and nights
