About the Role
Mansfield District Hospital is seeking a motivated and caringDomestic Assistantto join ourSupport at Home Program.
Reporting to the Manager, this position supports clients under theHome and Community Care (HACC) Program for Younger People (PYP)and theCommonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP).
The role involves helping clients maintain theirindependence and wellbeing at homeby delivering qualitydomestic cleaning services, along withshopping and transport supportas needed.
