For Purpose Aged Care is opening a purpose‑built 180‑bed aged care home in November 2026. As the Resident Wellbeing Coordinator during commissioning, you will help set the wellbeing vision, culture and a best‑practice model for the home while developing lifestyle programs tailored to a recent community.
You will recruit and mentor Wellbeing Assistants, shaping how the home feels from day one and ensuring warmth, dignity, engagement and belonging in every activity.
