This POL3 leadership role supports belonging, pride and engagement across the seven-house system and aligns with the College's values.
You will collaborate with the Director of Students, Head of Students, House Leaders, Learning and Teaching Team and House Group Teachers to lead pastoral care, coordinate assemblies and House activities,
