What We're Looking For
We're looking for apeople focused leaderwho is confident working with both customers and team members.
You'll ideally bring:
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
The ability to remain calm and solution focused when managing challenges
Experience working towards sales targets and supporting team performance
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage rosters, stock and daily operations
Reliability, accountability and a willingness to lead by example
The ability to manage staff and customer concerns professionally and fairly
A positive, enthusiastic and empathetic approach
Minimum 2 years' management experience preferred;
We're particularly interested in candidates who haveface to face customer experienceand genuinely enjoy working with people.
Retail, banking and other customer facing backgrounds are welcomed.
