We are seeking aMechanical Fitterto join a leading glass bottle manufacturing facility located inGawler,just north of Adelaide.
This permanent full‐time position offers excellent pay, a supportive maintenance team, and the opportunity to work within a large‐scale manufacturing operation.
About the Role
Working within thefurnaceend of the plant, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and equipment servicing on critical production machinery.
This area of the site operates continuously with multiple glass melting furnaces and requires working in a physically demanding, high‐temperature setting.
You will be part of a skilled maintenance team consisting of approximately10 fitters and supervisors, ensuring plant reliability and safe operation.

Monday to Friday roster
7:00am to 3:00pm or 7:00am to 4:00pm shifts - 9 day fortnight.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter or equivalent
Experience working in a heavy industrial, manufacturing, mining, or processing environment
Strong mechanical maintenance and fault‐finding skills
Experience withhydraulic and/or pneumatic systems(highly regarded)
The ability to work safely in a hot and physically demanding environment
A proactive approach to maintenance and workplace safety
