The Team Manager - Distribution at Bega Group leads our distribution operations team at Crestmead dairy, near Logan, south of Brisbane.
This role drives protected, efficient, on-time delivery with a focus on a strong culture and continuous improvement.
You will manage a permanent night shift roster (Mon-Fri, 12:00am–8:00am) and play a key part in developing people, fostering teamwork and delivering outstanding customer service.
