Navigator Group is seeking a Team Leader to guide a tele-health counselling team supporting injured workers on recovery and return to work. You will coach, mentor, and develop the team, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality, person-centred services.

Alongside leadership duties, you will provide evidence-based counselling to injured workers to help them overcome barriers and return to work. Hybrid work workplace and ongoing supervision are offered.
