We are a leading provider of cleaning services and are currently looking forreliable,hardworkingand motivated team members with great communication skills to join our team as aHousekeeper at La Trobe University - Student Accommodation (5-7 and ***** Burnett Street, Sebastopol VIC ****).
The role:
Part-Time contract
10 hours per week
Tuesday and Thursday (can be flexible)
Shifts: from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
About the role:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation across the student accommodation facilities.
Your role will include cleaningstudent residential rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas and other shared facilitiesto ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for students.
Requirements:
Police Check (must be valid within the last 12 months)
Working with Children Check – Employee
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

you will be able to demonstrate that you are ateam playerwith astrong customer service approachand the ability tofollow directionsandwork autonomously.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Cleaning and maintaining student residential rooms and shared accommodation areas.
Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms and common areas.
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and waste removal.
Ensuring rooms and facilities are presented to a high standard.
Replenishing cleaning and bathroom supplies when required.
Following instructions from your Supervisor/Manager.
Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt students or other residents.
Completing equipment checks.
Reporting any cleaning, maintenance or safety issues to your Supervisor/Manager.
Providing a professional and friendly service to students and residents.
