Clinical Manager
to join our
Salem Aged Care Service
and play a key role in ensuring residents receive protected, high-quality, person-centred clinical care.

About The Role:
As
Clinical Manager
, You'll provide strong clinical leadership and mentorship to a multidisciplinary care team, driving excellence in medication management, care planning, clinical governance, and resident outcomes reporting to the Service Manager.
Lead person-centred care planning and delivery
Oversee clinical governance, quality, IPC and risk management
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and Aged Care Act ****
Manage Direct Care Minutes and oversee AN-ACC funding applications
Lead, coach and mentor clinical/care staff; manage rosters and performance
Manage clinical budget and supplies
About You:
Nursing qualification with current AHPRA registration
Clinical leadership experience in Residential Aged Care and experience leading clinical teams.
Demonstrated capability in clinical governance, including quality systems, audits and risk management
In-depth knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding model, Direct Care Minutes, & regulatory requirements under the Aged Care Act ****
Experience overseeing AN-ACC assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
High-level clinical assessment, reasoning and decision-making skills for residents with complex needs




Experience in workforce planning, rostering and resource management aligned to resident acuity
Desirable:
Postgraduate qualification or IPC Lead certification
Budget management experience
QLD Driver's Licence
