What You'll Be Doing
As a Service Manager you will:
Efficiently manage & direct all aspects of the workshop
operations.
Ensure the highest level of service is provided to our customer
base.
Ensure delivery of key performance indicators including
productivity, efficiency, rework, WIP and Billing Cycle
Lead, coach and develop a team of workshop employees.
Provide leadership, guidance & training to the service team.
Continuously develop & implement strategies to improve
maintenance & service effectiveness.
Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous
improvement
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:




Extensive experience in a management position within a workshop
setting with heavy machinery is a must.
Proven ability to build relationships with customers, fellow work
colleagues and management.
Strong leadership skills including outstanding communication
(verbal and written) and motivational skills.
Financial management including managing budgets.
Ability to evaluate and assess operations and respond to changing
needs.
Strong computer skills
Is safety conscious, solutions focused, and ready to grow
A proactive team player who takes ownership and drives results
