Here's a outstanding opportunity for a Chef to come and join our small team at our clients cafe based in Mulgrave.
This opportunity is on a Full Time basis, working Monday to Friday from 6:30am – 2:30pm.
THE POSITION
Produce incredibly delicious culinary offerings
Come up with creative menu ideas for our customers
HACCP and food safety
Maintain an awareness and present options for nutritional healthy eating
Influencing food costs via portion control, waste minimisation and stock control
Uphold a fantastic customer focus at all times
THE PERSON




2+ years experience as a Chef in a high volume environment
Able to use own initiative to help others and carry out extra tasks when required
Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
