We are seeking a highly motivated person for a full-time
Sales Officer
to add to our team in our
Wangara Branch
operating
7am – 4pm Monday to Friday
.
The Role
This is office-based in our Wangara Showroom, responding to trade & retail enquiries for quotes and orders, via phone, email and walk ins.
Your day at Oxworks will see you:
Build relationships with regular trade customers
Exceeding customer expectations in quality, delivery, and value through teamwork & superior service
Work with the sales and warehouse staff to achieve delivery for all customer orders
Reinforce the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all customer interactions
The Applicant
The Ideal Candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Customer service experience in a large trade, retail or hardware environment would be an advantage
Experience using Microsoft Office, Teams
High level of attention to detail
Excellent people & communication skills
