Job Description

Sydney Local Health District is seeking a Diabetes Educator - Registered Nurse to join a energetic clinical service in NSW. The role focuses on person-centred diabetes education, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and development of comprehensive diabetes care.

This permanent full time position offers opportunities to grow clinical expertise, contribute to education delivery, and support patients and families in diabetes self-management. 38 hours per week with NSW Health advantages.
