Cobram Secondary College, in the Hume - Greater Shepparton region, invites applications for the subschool wellbeing & programs leader.
The role focuses on Wellbeing Supports across MTSS (tiers 1–3) and leads collaboration with students, families, staff and external agencies to promote inclusion and participation.
You will manage complex wellbeing cases, provide 1:1 counselling, complete risk assessments and safety planning, and contribute to data-informed interventions.
