The role reports to the Principal and sits on the College Leadership Team, guiding religious formation, learning, pastoral care and cocurricular life across the Junior School.
The Head will supervise teaching, curriculum development, assessment, reporting and transition from Year 6 to Year 7, ensuring an inclusive, values-driven setting
