What you'll be responsible for:

Providing leadership to the boutique team, including coaching and performance development
n
Overseeing daily operations including stock management, visual merchandising, and client service standards
n
Building and nurturing long‐term client relationships, including driving appointments and exclusive client events
n
Developing and empowering a passionate team to deliver an exceptional client experience
n
Identifying opportunities to grow the boutique's performance while maintaining brand excellence
n
Collaborating with internal partners and senior leadership to deliver strategic goals
n

About you:

Proven leadership experience within luxury or premium retail
n
A natural leader who inspires, motivates, and drives results
n
Deep understanding of clienteling and delivering elevated customer experiences
n
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse performance and identify opportunities
n
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
