Must Have Skills: Role Purpose
We require an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support RAMSDay 2 Decommissioning activities across applications, infrastructure, dataarchival, and technology retirement work streams.
The role will facilitatebusiness and technical analysis to safely retire legacy platforms, reducetechnology footprint, and ensure compliance with regulatory andretentionobligations.
Demonstrated experience in applicationdecommissioning,separation,migration, or technology rationalisation programs.
Robust understanding of system integrations, databases, APIs, filetransfers, and infrastructure dependencies.
Experience in data archival, retention, compliance,



and recordsmanagement processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshopfacilitationskills.
Experience working within complex banking or financialservicesenvironmentspreferred

Conduct application and infrastructure dependency analysis.
Gather and document business, technical, archival, andretentionrequirements.
Coordinate decommissioning activities acrossbusiness,technology,vendors, and operations teams.
Support data archival, retention, and evidencevalidationactivities.
Maintain RAID logs, action registers, and governance artefacts.
Facilitate workshops, impact assessments, andstakeholderengagement.
Support CAB approvals, audit evidence collection, andoperationalhandoveractivities.
