Job Description
TFE Hotels is seeking an energetic Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for Vibe Hotel Darling Harbour in Sydney.
You'll support the F&B; operation across restaurant, bar, conferencing and events, and demonstrate hands-on leadership during peak service.
Bring a solid background in beverages, cocktails, wine, and staff development, with a proven commitment to guest satisfaction, safety, and cost control.
This role is on-site and rostered across evenings and weekends.
