Join Blacktown and Mount Druitt Hospitals as a Medical Workforce Coordinator within Western Sydney Local Health District.
You will coordinate day-to-day admin and workforce needs for medical staff, advising managers and assisting the JMO Manager to keep processes accurate and compliant.
You will oversee rosters, leave, timesheets and pay enquiries, and support recruitment, onboarding and termination for medical staff and locums, using NSW Health programs and policies to guide decisions.
