Key Responsibilities:

Assist with daily scheduling of works and coordinating with site teams

Update internal systems with job progress and completions

Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding schedules and timelines

General administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow operations
n
Managing purchase orders and work orders
n
