You will set strategic direction, drive performance, and oversee multidisciplinary teams across hospital and community settings.
You will manage a ~390 FTE workforce with a $50M operating budget, shaping care models and governance.
A nursing/midwifery background with AHPRA registration is required, with postgraduate credentials valued.
