About the Role
The Managed Services team is looking for a Senior Technical Consultant to provide dedicated support toFUJIFILMMicroChannel'skey customer accounts which will include desktop, server and cloud support, network troubleshooting,projectdeploymentsandexpert advice.
What You'll Do
Deploying both Cloud and on Premise based infrastructure solutions.
Troubleshooting desktop and server problems, maintaining and support of server hardware and software.
Serving as an escalation point for various technologies; BAU L3 Support.
Attend account meetings, provide on-site training for staff, andassistwith developing IT strategies.
Presales, writing SoWs and other relevant documents.
Oversee the project life cycle:Delivery,implementationandhandover/knowledge-transfer to Helpdesk.
Writing documents and manuals around technology deployment and best practices.
Training,mentoringanddeveloping junior team member.
Stakeholdermapping,managementandcommunications.
What You'll Bring
5+ years' experience in a Level 3 Systems Engineer role within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
StrongtechnicalexpertiseacrossMicrosoft 365, Azure, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop platforms.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, cloud, and networking issues.
Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, VPNs, and Internet connectivity.
Experience supporting enterprise server hardware, storage, virtualization,



and backup solutions.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, security technologies, and cyber security best practices.
Relevant Microsoft certifications or equivalent industry qualifications.
Excellent communication, documentation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and act as a senior technical escalation point.
Experience with Microsoft Purview, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft Defender, andsecurity/compliancesolutions.
Exposure to Hyper-V, VMware, Veeam, and hybrid cloud environments.
ITIL certification and experience delivering projects within an MSP setting.
