Working closely with our Sales and Warehouse teams, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role
n
n
Processing customer sales orders accurately and efficiently
n
Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email
n
Providing quotes, product information, lead times and order updates
n
Working closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure customer expectations are met
n
Coordinating customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly
n
Processing credit claims in line with company policy
n
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation
n
Building robust relationships with customers through outstanding service
n
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting a positive team environment
n
n
About You
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
Previous experience in customer service, administration or internal sales
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Previous experience in the Aluminium Door & Window industry would be preferred
n
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
n
A professional and friendly telephone manner
n
Excellent organisational and time management skills
