Our Business Units

BWE Drilling - Drill & Blast
n
Our Drill & Blast division delivers full production drilling and specialised blasting services across mining and civil projects. Services are designed to achieve high productivity while minimising impact on surrounding environments and active operations.

BWE Drilling - Exploration
n
Our Exploration division is an established drilling contractor supporting exploration and mining programs with Air Core, Reverse Circulation and Diamond Drilling services. The team works across diverse greenfield and brownfield projects in Australia.
n
Our Waterwell division specialises in water bore drilling and well services, operating across local government and Tier 1 mining clients in Australia. Projects range from mine‐site water supply to deep artesian bore drilling.

We're Hiring Across Multiple Divisions
n
Whether you're already working in mining, drilling, heavy industry, agriculture, construction or civil, we'd love to hear from experienced people interested in joining:
n
Operate modern production drill rigs across major mining projects throughout Western Australia and Northern Territory.
n




Drill Fitters (Heavy Diesel Trade qualified)
n
Maintain and repair a fleet of drilling equipment while working alongside experienced operations teams. Epiroc experience or similar required.
n
Work on specialised water bore and water infrastructure projects supporting mining and regional communities.
n
Support exploration drilling operations across diverse projects and locations throughout Australia.
n

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking experienced:

Drill Fitters
n
n
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
n
n
Strong commitment to safety
n
Mining, drilling or heavy industry experience
n
Ability to work within a team environment
n
Strong work ethic, proactive and reliable
n
Commitment to high performance and quality work
n
Eager to work a mining roster - 12 hour days on a 2 weeks on 2 weeks off cycle
n
Ability to pass a medical and regular drug & alcohol screening
n
Able to provide a current Police Clearance
n
Unrestricted driver's licence
n
